In order to further build a legal business environment and assist Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in accelerating the construction of an innovation-driven development demonstration zone and a high-quality development pilot zone, on June 12th, the Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee and People’s Procuratorate of Chengyang District held a signing ceremony for an agreement on cooperation and construction and the unveiling event of the “Intellectual Property Prosecution Liaison Office”. Lu Yang, deputy secretary of the Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Working Committee, executive deputy director of the Management Committee and deputy secretary of the Chengyang District Party Committee and Hu Yalin, secretary of the Party Group and chief prosecutor of People’s Procuratorate of Chengyang District, attended the event.

According to the agreement, the Management Committee of Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and People’s Procuratorate of Chengyang District through jointly building intellectual property prosecution liaison stations, establishing a “green channel” system for clue transfer will fully leverage their respective resources and advantages to deepen exchanges and cooperation in multiple fields, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of enterprises, jointly build a legal service platform, provide service for legal risk prevention and control and smooth prosecution and supervision reports, increase support for the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises in solving difficulties and strive to achieve win-win development, which has played a greater role in the construction of the “Greater Qingdao Northern Economic Uplift Belt”.

Zhao Jianrang, member of the Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee of Qingdao National High-tech Industrial Development Zone and staff from the Comprehensive Department, Party and People Work Department, and Economic Development Department of the Zone participated in the event.
