Qingdao Pengfengcheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd. garnered widespread attention with its screening equipment for cognitive impairment and autism spectrum disorders. The targeted relief brought by the “Rehabilitation Loan” offered by the Rehabilitation Industry Incubator located in Qingdao National Hightech Industrial Development Zone has injected robust development momentum into the enterprise.

As a core platform for Qingdao to build China Health Bay, the Rehabilitation Industry Incubator has been in operation for four years. Focusing on rehabilitation manufacturing, smart healthcare and other sectors, it has established a “proofofconcept verification + incubation + investment” service system, smoothing the fullchain transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In collaboration with the University of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, and drawing on the Marine Science and Technology Marketplace and campusstationed technology managers, the platform builds bridges for universityenterprise linkage to precisely match corporate demands with university research outputs. The incubator has also set up a proofofconcept verification platform providing onestop achievementverification services, which has served more than 20 research achievements. Meanwhile, it has launched the “Rehabilitation Loan”, set up an industrial fund of over 5 billion yuan, and created the “Kangchuang 100” service brand to deliver allround empowerment for scitech innovation enterprises.

At present, the park is home to over 100 hardtechnology enterprises. Firms including Lingdong Medical and Kangxin Ruicai have achieved technological breakthroughs, filling multiple domestic market gaps. Rooted in Qingdao National Hightech Industrial Development Zone, the Rehabilitation Industry Incubator continues to pool resources to foster a rehabilitation industrial cluster. It enables efficient commercialization of cuttingedge university achievements and infuses strong innovation impetus into the development of China Health Bay.
